Deniz Inan began his piano lessons with the age of 9. In this period of time he took lessons by different piano teachers. At the age of 16 he started to compose and interpret music for piano solo. When he was about to graduate from High School he met the korean pianist and piano teacher Nam Sig Gross. Because of her teaching he collected a lot of expierences and expand his knowledge about the nature of classical music and the art of fine interpretation. He used this knowledge in all of his compositions.

When he started to study computer science at the University of Paderborn he also took part in readings about music theory and music history, met many musicians and lecturers and took part in several composition competitions.

Deniz Inan composed his first opus (About Opus One) from November 2007 to October 2010. These compositions are influenced by the classical and romantic period and reflect his close relationship to classical music and its composers. He published his music in December 2010
